Job Seeker App

Job Seeker is an app that allows individuals to apply for jobs while tracking the whole process. It also allows you to get feedback from the hiring team on why you were not selected, with a quick process that helps the hiring team rate everyone they interview before moving on to the next step. The app also makes it easy for the hiring process with schedules and interviews through the app.

The Problem
Tracking jobs applied for through all stages. Getting feedback from the hiring team. Conduct and track interviews on one platform.

Goal
Create an interface capable of tracking jobs applied for. Incorporate a way for users to read/receive feedback from the hiring team.

Hypothesis
Why? With the increased opportunity of working from home, many employers are seeking employees daily, with employers looking at 100+ CVs. With this new app, the hiring team can eliminate candidates of up to 20+ potential candidates with the integration of Grammarly.

Business Opportunities
This app would be a perfect tool to accompany companies from 2+ employees to 100+ to create a streamlined hiring process.

1st Research
I surveyed 50 people who were actively looking for employments.

Result: 67% want to be able to read feedback from the hiring team. While 78% want to be able to track application process and know where they stand.

2nd Research: Existing Systems
Indeed: You are unable to track your progress, but you have manually update your progress.

Linkedin: There is no option to track the progress of applications.

3rd Research: Interviews
I asked about, their job search process, their job search goals and challenges, their feelings about an app that you search, apply, and track job application.
